Financial aid is not a one-size-fits-all process.
If your family's financial circumstances have changed, you've experienced an unexpected hardship, or you're unsure how a life event may affect your financial aid eligibility, please reach out to us. We'll listen to your situation, explain the options available to you, and help you understand the next steps.
To help us assist you as quickly as possible:
- Have your Titan ID available.
- Check Banner Student for outstanding financial aid requirements.
- Review any recent emails from our office.
- Include your full name and Titan ID when emailing our office.
- If you're contacting us about a specific document or requirement, let us know its name.
Privacy and Confidentiality
To protect your privacy, we may ask you to verify your identity before discussing your financial aid information.
Federal privacy laws (FERPA) limit the information we can share with parents or other individuals unless appropriate authorization is on file.
